Sometimes we need a little hand up. If you need the assistance of the One Spark Foundation, please download our Application for Assistance form, fill it out, and return it to us by mail for review.

We will always do our best to accommodate those in need, though we cannot guarantee all applications will be approved or that grant funds are available.
