Sometimes, we need a little help. If you need assistance from the One Spark Foundation, please download our Application for Assistance form, fill it out, and return it to us by mail for review.

We will always do our best to accommodate those in need, but we cannot guarantee that all applications will be approved or grant funds will be available.
